I have quastion about how youre server work - (you have phisical consolelike program) what can be used to administration. I ask becouse maybe it is posible to write program in C++ whitch can be detect cheat, blocked player with changed IP. I think people who have changed IP we can blocked very simple (but i dont know it work- not tested). If we have IP we can use tracert in Windows(in cmd) and we can see last point in all situation should be same. Program detect it - test all players and kick cheat. How we can detect other cheat when no admin on the server - if something noob make hardcore cheat - always have hight ratio so we can detect it and read what people write - if people write cheter hacker etc... We blocked him. In my opinion we can detect too spawn killer and slap him.
